Gilbert HOFFMANN

Chief Executive Officer

Responsible for expanding the company, driving profitability, making important decisions, managing overall operations, and setting the strategic direction of E.F.I.

Experience: Gilbert has over 30 years of experience as a CEO with extensive expertise in real estate, finance, and investments.

Education: Gilbert graduated from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) with a Master's degree in Banking and Finance.

Lucien PEETERS

Chief Financial Officer

Responsible for all Finance, Corporate, and HR matters at E.F.I.

Experience: Lucien has over 35 years of experience as CFO in financial firms and investment banks. 

Education: Lucien holds a Master in Financial Management from VELRICK Business School in Belgium.

Laurent HOFFMANN

Chief Technical Officer

Responsible for all Technology, Innovation, and Digital Strategy at E.F.I.

Experience: Laurent has over 5 years of experience in financial technology and investment banking. 

Education: Laurent graduated from IFM Business School with an MA in Business Financing. He also holds a degree in IT Management and the CH Investment Technology certificate.

Thomas PEETERS

​Chief Operating Officer

Responsible for overseeing daily operations, optimizing organizational processes, and ensuring seamless coordination between departments at E.F.I. Leads operational strategy implementation to support sustainable growth and enhance overall efficiency.

Experience: Thomas brings over 8 years of experience in operational leadership within the financial services and consulting sectors, with a proven track record of driving process improvements and managing large teams.

Education: Thomas holds a Master in Finance from Antwerp Management School, Belgium.

Emma WILLEMS

Executive Assistant
